The Place of Knowing

The American philosopher L. Hubbard once said, concerning knowing as a function of experience in the world:

"You would have to KNOW that a light was on and KNOW that you couldn't see unless a light was on and KNOW that a wall was there and KNOW that OTHER PEOPLE KNEW THAT A WALL WAS THERE."

There in lies the real, absolute central key. The reason why it seems that Reality is based on agreement is that POSTULATED KNOWLEDGE STRUCTURES DEFINE WHAT ONE KNOWS WITHIN THEM; and ONLY INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTION CAN ENACT OR BRING ABOUT THE KNOWLEDGE CALLED FOR BY A PKS. When any PKS is present but not agreed with at any level by a being, the very perception of that reality is absent in his universe. In other words it is not in fact present no matter how another being might seek to assert it. It has about as much reality as a child insisting that there is a bear in the fireplace, while Daddy is trying to read the newspaper. It just doesn't show up. Even more than that, because he will have NO CATEGORY WHICH RECOGNIZES THE REALITY . The entire problem of individual ability then becomes a problem of the PKS in which one has been wrapped through self-determination or the originally self-determined action of other determination., by subscription. You put yourself on the roll call of those who know that X amount of force is an overwhelm, and you have set out down the hill. What accelerates that progress is the overlay of positive KNOW PKS with positive DON'T KNOW PKS.
