The Ultimate Overlay

An overlay in a computer program is a little module of code which defines certain things about how the results of the computing will be shown. It might be a description of where a menu goes on the screen or how certain tools will appear to the user, or where forms line up their blanks to be filled in. It isn't the fundamental computing, the real work of the program, but a screening task which defines how the data will look.

I think it is critically important to remember that all languaging is an overlay task for a far more important process.

THE PROCESS WHICH UNDERLIES LANGUAGE IS THE MIRACULOUS RIVER OF AWARENESS THROUGH THE FORMS OF THOUGHT ITSELF.

This is a unique, untouchable and almost sacrosanct territory in which the wholeness of Self touches on the edges of the Common Universe.
