Here's a new trend in ballooning. This guy regularly flies around tied to a cluster of helium filled balloons. He seems to know what he's doing. As opposed to that more famous amateur balloonist, Larry Walters, who in 1982 tied a bunch of balloons to his lawn chair and accidentally shot up to 16,000 feet and interfered with the flights around the L.A. airport.
